Sierra Leone: Orange Achieves Milestone in Additional 4G Technology Nation wide

Orange Sierra Leone, one of the leading Mobile Network Operators in Sierra Leone has in public notice to its customers said they have achieved an additional 4G technology across the country adding its part of their ongoing network swap project.

 ‘’We are pleased to provide you with update of our ongoing network swap project,’’ the Public notice stated. 

Orange added that, there is an ongoing nationwide optimization of all network sites including the upgrading of its transmission links across the country.

The company however apologized for any inconvenience this process may cause as there may be impact on customer experience during the optimization of its network

‘’There may be impact on customer experience during the optimization. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,’’ Orange Sierra Leone added.

They added that they are committed to improving their network resilience and availability thus assuring that they are dedicated to listening to their customers across the country by taking their feedback and working on them.
