Two foreign tourists, German and Swiss nationals, died in Kenya’s Maasai Mara national reserve on Saturday.
According to the police, the deceased breathed their last after their vehicle got stuck in the mud, veered off the road and overturned in the reserve.
One person was injured, and two others escaped unhurt during the crash.
The four were part of a tour group, and the person who was driving the vehicle is yet to be established.
Maasai Mara Chief Warden Stephen ole Mining told the media that the injured person was airlifted to a Nairobi hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, a probe into the incident has been launched.
