A local investor, Sky Ruby Private Limited is appreciating the government support on their vision of introducing modern mobile fuel service stations.
"We're very happy as the Deputy Prime Minister, Dr Doto Biteko has directed the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (EWURA) to assist us getting the needed documents and permits in order to modern mobile fuel service stations,” firm's director, Mayur Gavali said after the Deputy Prime Minister visisted his pavilion at the the ongoing Geita International Mining Expo.
Modern mobile fuel service stations will be a reliable asset for retailers who are seeking to bet on rural advancement as well as keeping illegal dealers at bay.
Sky Ruby Private Limited, a specialized company in cutting-edge fuel monitoring and management systems, is working on preliminary procedures to introduce a series of high- technological fuel service stations in the country.
Gavali has further said that Sky Ruby Private Limited has statured its operation in Tanzania since January this year.
He went on to say that Sky Ruby Private Limited which extended it's foothold from India has been successful rolling out fuel delivering solutions on different kinds of products.
"So far, we have managed to penetrate our services into some regions, including Mwanza, Dar es Salaam, Geita, Ruvuma, and the future focus is to extend to all regions as well as in the neighboring countries," he said.
The company, according to Gavali works in sync with reliable company from Italy to introduce into the country key fuel technologies, together with other relevant expertise from Europe for the African market.
"We're thankful to the government’s support as our products have kept on receiving good responses from the Tanzanians," he said.
Expressing the company's future plans, Gavali underscored that the vision was to set up a major processing plant, to manufacture vital fuel facilities that are currently imported into the country from abroad.
And he insisted that, management of fuel is very critical, saying the company was also dealing with fuels for aviation and submarines sector.
"Our mission is to strengthening efforts to have the Tanzania's fuel sector handled as per the international recommended management standards,"

He mentioned some of the products that the company is currently marketing in Tanzania as polyethylene tanks for fuel diesel transport on pick-up vehicles, gasoline, lubricants, steel tanks for fuel transportation, approved in accordance with ADR regulations, and stainless steel tanks for gasoline and aviation fuel transport.
