Malawi, Ghana Sign Visa Waiver Agreement.

Ghana and Malawi have reached an agreement on a visa waiver regime for bearers of ordinary, diplomatic and service passports.

The development was reported in a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of Ghana.

“Travelers may travel through, leave from and remain within the domain of both nations for an aggregate period of up to ninety (90) days without plan of action to work. The voyaging public is therefore prompted to require note of this development,” the statement said.

The agreement, however, took effect from February 7, 2024.

The most recent improvement pointed to fortify discretionary relations and cultivate collaboration between the two countries.

The visa waiver administration agreement improves reciprocal relations and cultivates a climate of goodwill and understanding between their individuals.

The move also points to streamline travel forms, encourage smoother political trades, and advance closer financial and cultural connections.

Malawi, which has Africa's third-largest freshwater lake, may be a normal living space wealthy in natural life, counting elephants, hippos, and crocodiles.

The country's exacting visa necessities have been a noteworthy boundary to figuring it out its potential for tourism inflows.
