Founder and President Tsungai Njiva transforming lives with her water related initiatives

Thousands of Kambuzuma Section 6 families in Harare will soundly in humanitarian charitable blessing benefit from the  huge quantity and water volumes tank erected on Saturday  at the blessed site in one of the most water poverty stricken community.

Director of Njiva Charities, Tsungai Njiva speaking from the US, Nebraska City, Omaha pointed out that the first of its kind in Harare water project is just a twinkle of the un-blinded eye. The organization which works to eradicate, ameliorate and finally eliminate water poverty in the next 10 years is already a cut above the rest in its vibrant and eloquent projects already planted around the country.

Njiva Charities was recently given a philanthropic hand by Arise Women Ministries in USA. As an organization bent on reducing water equalities and its direct poverty, the humanitarian based organization has the main objective to distribute clean, fresh water to several vulnerable communities around the country. However, Harare stood lucky at most because one of its most vibrant person, Mrs Monica Masendeke is part and parcel of this Kambuzua community. Monica stays in Kambuzuma . She has experienced the bitting challenges which the community drags backwards on.

Tsungai Njiva specified in her points and notes of clarity advanced to the Pan-African-Visions this weekend.  She points out that the need for erection of water tank is to address water poverty. However despite this a long term answer, the closest reason is related to promoting hygiene, cleanliness and good health.

‘’ Our main objective is to bring the idea of hygiene to the communities as they people get access to safe , hygienic and safe drinking water . We want to see safe water supply, clean water and hygiene practiced by all people especially mothers who take care of other people especially to mention children .

‘’it’s the role played at most by women in society. Women bring water resources to all people. They play pivotal role of travelling very long distances looking for water sources to bring water resources to the people at homes.’’

‘’Water has become such a challenge especially during times of climate-change. Women are forced to travel long distances to look for water sources so that they tape out of these water resources. After that they get the water , carry water buckets back home travelling long distance at their own risk as women and girls now take the burden to save children from water poverty and vulnerability’’.

‘’Besides ‘’ , Tsungi , takes a breath on what Sapp ,’’ we want to get into interiors of society , looking at  girls and women as result of long distances they travel. This prompts what we call human trafficking. This is today’s slavery which exposes young girls to sexual abuses, molestation and gender based violence.’’

‘’Njiva Charities shall take a stroll through range of areas like Gender, Human Trafficking, ending all forms of poverty mostly affecting women and how best to promote gender equality, women empowerment and means of eliminating all forms of poverty and vulnerability starting with water-poverty.’’

Njiva Charities and partners are dedicated to ensuring that every person has access to clean and safe drinking water in Zimbabwe and beyond.

Kim Miller

The Director of Arise Women Ministries takes a clock round of time to talk much about how best problems and challenges families face in terms of water poverty can easily be addressed. Kim rides on time taking mediation to calm challenges families face.

‘’Lets share the burden that many families carry. Families carry responsibilities of water poverty, but how can we pray for water ‘’

Kim asks questions, ‘’How can we pray for you in Zimbabwe?’’ Kim has the stint of water poverty from her own personal perspective as seen on her finger-tips .She goes further to give out her comment as communication was connected by Njiva Charities.

‘’In 10 years every human-being must have access to water. We need this access in order to address water problems. These can cause hygienic challenges in the long run if they remain not solved. So , we need to address water challenges today so that  in the next 10 years water challenges  will be eliminated,’’

Tsungi concluded.

‘’Water Poverty and poverty is inter-twined’’

Bishop Bandawe ….

According to Bishop D Bandawe , water is resource of God by virtue of its creation. This is stated in Genesis according to the bible. He further added that earth sits on water and that dry land was separated from water. More to say 70% of all human beings rely on water for daily use.. Sectors of economies, Agriculture, Manufacturing Industry and Mining including others rely on water resources. Success and prosperity depends on water .

‘’Water is a resource of God by virtue of creation’’, Genesis in the bible states this..

‘’Earth sits on water. Dry land was separated from water’’

‘’Man-kind 70% relies on water. There are vast resources above and beneath our earth’’

Economies rely on water sectors. In order for economies to succeed, we need water. All sectors of the economy, Agriculture, Manufacturing Industry, Mining and other sectors rely on water.

‘’Everything for success and prosperity depends on water, [John 10 verse 10.]

‘’I came so that they may have life in its abundance. Abundant life is all because of water. When we come to our wits, God will open more resources and opportunities’’ Said Bishop.

Our strategy for expansion involves careful planning and collaboration with local partners, says Tsungai Njiva

Monica Masendeke

The lady from Kambuzuma in Harare coordinated the program which was swiftly managed. She pointed out that the community was made aware of water issues to be addressed in the community. She invited all families from community to come for water collection which is just for free. Harare is known for prolonged water shortages, challenges and problems which have weaved a crisis set to create long standing challenges in Zimbabwe. Monica praise God so that they refurbish their water source to make it more deeper than how it is .

‘’ Community as a whole has access to safe , free drinking water for all , but we encourage as well all people to stand and fight water challenges we face as nation . Our community area has big challenges that we cannot solve in a day. We need to make-sure people has access to safe, clean, drinking water. ‘’

The charity organizations are working flatly to engage communities’ through-out the country so that they discuss water-poverty issues that needs to be addressed. Despite, there are issues of concern related to other humanitarian challenges women and girls face in the adversity of climate-change and modernism..
