Appointment of New Chairman

NEW YORK, United States of America, 29 August 2018, -/African Media Agency (AMA)/- U.S-based fintech company Change Financial Limited (ASX:CCA, OTCQX:CNGFF) (“Change Financial” or “the Company”) announces the appointment of Teresa Clarke as chairman effective 1 September 2018, following the resignation of Peter Clare.

Teresa Clarke is an independent, non-executive director of the Company with vast networks in banking and technology through her experience as a managing director with Goldman Sachs and chair and CEO of digital holding company Africa.com.
Mr Clare’s resignation as a director of the Company will be effective from 31 August [ASX Announcement: 21 August 2018].
