Led by Lucílio Mondlane, the Mozambican company is leveraging local expertise and strategic partnerships to build a growing footprint across Southern Africa.

KKLM Enterprise Lda is a Mozambican company established in 2022, specialising in integrated water treatment solutions and the supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to industrial and corporate clients.

Led by CEO Lucílio Mondlane, the company is building its reputation around practical, reliable and locally responsive solutions tailored to the needs of businesses operating across Mozambique. With a growing network of partnerships and an expanding portfolio of services, KKLM Enterprise is positioning itself to play a stronger role in the country’s industrial, mining and energy sectors.

From MMEC to a Strategic Partnership

A major step in KKLM Enterprise’s growth came in 2025 through the Linkar Project, implemented through ENH, which provided the company with an opportunity to participate in the Mozambique Mining, Energy & Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition (MMEC), one of the country’s leading platforms for business, investment and industry engagement.

It was at MMEC that KKLM Enterprise established contact with Dubi Energies, represented by its Global Director, Malobi Ogbechie. With 36 years of experience in Nigeria, Dubi Energies brings extensive expertise in waste management solutions for the Oil & Gas and Mining industries.

The engagement opened the door to a strategic relationship built around complementary strengths: KKLM Enterprise’s local market knowledge, networks and understanding of the Mozambican business environment, combined with Dubi Energies’ technical capabilities and decades of industry experience.

Building a Southern African Platform

The partnership between KKLM Enterprise and Dubi Energies is focused on developing new business opportunities and expanding specialised industrial waste management services across Southern Africa, beginning with Mozambique and Namibia.

The collaboration brings together KKLM Enterprise’s local presence, market knowledge and business network with Dubi Energies’ experience in delivering professional waste management solutions for the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors.

As part of this expansion strategy, Dubi Energies has completed the necessary registration to operate in Mozambique and is preparing to establish operations in Cabo Delgado Province, with Pemba serving as its initial operational base.

This presence will position the partnership closer to one of Mozambique’s most important emerging energy hubs and provide a platform from which to support companies seeking professional, compliant and environmentally responsible waste management services.

Local Roots, Regional Vision

For KKLM Enterprise, the partnership represents more than business expansion. It reflects a broader strategy of connecting Mozambican enterprise with international experience and technical expertise while creating opportunities for local participation in some of the country’s fastest-growing industries.

Learning from the masters-KKLM Enterprise CEO Lucílio Mondlane in conversation with NJ Ayuk in Maputo on African enterprise, local content and energy investment.

As investment in Mozambique’s Oil & Gas and Mining sectors expands, KKLM Enterprise aims to position itself as a trusted local partner capable of connecting international expertise with domestic market knowledge, while supporting responsible industrial development, local business growth and regional expansion.

From its beginnings as a Mozambican enterprise in 2022 to emerging partnerships with experienced international players, KKLM Enterprise is pursuing a clear ambition: to grow from a strong local company into a competitive Southern African industrial services partner.
