Heritage Expeditions Africa (HEXA) is inviting schools in Zimbabwe to unlock immersive, curriculum-enhancing travel experiences with its 2026 School Packages.
Carefully curated to combine learning, exploration and adventure, the two nights, three days educational tours provide students with meaningful exposure to Zimbabwe’s natural, cultural and historical heritage, all within a safe and structured environment.
Designed to complement classroom objectives while fostering critical thinking, teamwork and experiential learning, the programmes transform destinations into living classrooms.
From heritage landmarks and national monuments to wildlife sanctuaries and geological wonders, each itinerary balances academic value with adventure, ensuring students gain practical insight, broadened perspective and lasting memories.
A HEXA sopero said with organised transport, guided activities and meal plans, schools can expect a seamless, well-coordinated travel experience that prioritises both educational depth and student safety.
They said from the capital city to the country’s heritage heartlands and iconic resort towns, the structured educational journeys position learning beyond the classroom, practical, experiential and unforgettable.
Some of the proposed expeditions include a sunset cruise ,Kariba Dam wall tour,Kariba town hour,Museum of Natural History tour,Museum of Natural History,Matobo National Park tour,Khami Ruins,tour and Chipangali Wildlife Orphanage tour.
Other proposed exhibitions include Nyangombe Falls, Pit Structures and Rock paintings
Rhodes Museum.
Other packages include guided Great Zimbabwe tour, Kyle River tour, Boat Cruise and Quad biking including swimming and volleyball.
