Winner of House of Stars Reality TV Show Season Two, Lolo Simeon, has broken her months-long silence, accusing the show’s Chief Executive Officer, Valentine King, of deception, broken promises and handing over prizes that are allegedly unsafe, undocumented and unfit for use.
In a strongly worded public notice addressed to her supporters , known as “Troopers,” Lolo Simeon detailed what she described as nine months of unanswered requests for ownership documents relating to the house she won during the reality show, which ended in February 2025.
“For nearly nine months, I have been constantly requesting documents for the house that was presented to me,” she stated.
“My lawyers wrote formally and were promised that the land documents would be ready and that a deed of conveyance would be assigned to me. Six months later, nothing was produced.”
According to Lolo Simeon, legal checks revealed that neither Valentine King nor House of Stars has a registered title to the land on which the prize house was built, a revelation she says makes the so-called prize legally meaningless.

Controversy Over Prize Car
Beyond the disputed house, the Season Two winner also raised serious concerns over the car awarded to her as part of the prize package. She disclosed that she was given a used Nissan Rogue without valid ownership documents, contrary to public expectations created by the show’s organizers.
“The CEO described the vehicle as ‘destined for me by God,’ yet I was handed a battered Nissan Rogue with multiple mechanical faults and no proof of ownership,” she said.
“It broke down several times, putting my life at risk.”
She further alleged that she was asked to contribute money to access a different vehicle and later pressured to regularize the registration of the same defective car nearly a year after it was handed over.
Rushed Ceremony, Unfinished and Defective House
Lolo Simeon also criticized what she described as a hurried public handing-over ceremony for the house, staged despite the building being incomplete and structurally compromised.
“He begged me to allow the public ceremony and promised to complete the house privately afterward,” she explained. “I agreed because I trusted him and believed in the platform.”
However, according to her account, the reality she encountered after the ceremony was alarming. She said critical defects had been concealed during the event, only to become evident afterward.
“When I confronted him with video evidence, his response was, ‘I have handed over the keys to you. You can go ahead and do the finishing yourself. It’s your house,’” she recounted. “That statement broke me.”

Engineers Declare House Unsafe
Professional assessments later confirmed, according to Lolo Simeon, that the house is structurally unsafe and uninhabitable. She listed water-soaked ceilings, leaking walls and dangerous construction faults among the defects discovered during attempted repairs.
“My mother stayed in a hotel for nearly two months supervising repairs we should never have had to do,” she said.
“Even after spending a significant amount of money, we cannot live in that house. The damage originates from the foundation.”
She emphasized that her mother has not moved into the house and cannot do so safely.
Allegations of Disrespect and Gaslighting
The House of Stars winner further accused Valentine King of persistent disrespect, manipulation and insults directed at her, her mother and her supporters.
“He has brushed aside every concern and even told me I can take the matter anywhere I want, including to God in heaven, and he would still win in court,” she alleged.
“He calls me ungrateful, forgetting that I competed fairly and that thousands of supporters invested their hard-earned money in my victory.”
Lolo Simeon said her prolonged silence was driven by hope that the matter would be resolved privately. However, she now believes the issues are intentional and unresolved.
“This is no longer about me alone,” she declared.
“It is about the Troopers who believed in a platform they thought was legitimate. I feel we have all been robbed.”

Call for Accountability
Concluding her statement, Lolo Simeon apologized for disrupting New Year celebrations but insisted that the truth must be made public.
“Enough is enough,” she said.
As of publication, House of Stars management has not publicly responded to the allegations. Pan African Visions will continue to follow the story and seek responses from all parties concerned.
Lolo Simeon is the winner of House of Stars Reality TV Show, Official Season Two.
