The NEA GROUP is committed to sharing know-how and helping partners and customers to develop their teams.

NEUMAN & ESSER Group, a leading compressor solutions provider, has affirmed its commitment to knowledge sharing and capacity building by partnering with Société Africaine de Raffinage (SAR) to offer specialized virtual training sessions.

In a statement published on its social media pages, the group said these training sessions, which focus on diaphragm reciprocating compressor technology, are designed to help partners and customers effectively develop their teams.

The move to conduct virtual training reflects NEUMAN & ESSER Group’s belief that training programs do not have to be overly complicated.

Using platforms such as Teams, they can provide targeted training sessions tailored to the participants’ needs and interests.

This technique enables partners to select employees who will benefit the most from the training, resulting in maximum engagement and knowledge retention.

One of the primary benefits of this focused training is that NEUMAN & ESSER Group, as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), can tailor the content to highlight the design and new developments of diaphragm reciprocating compressors.

The NEA Group is open to trainings virtually and in person and is committed to supporting the development of Africa and helping governments, customers, and people for a better future, says Dr. Jiří Rus, Sales Director for Africa at the Neuman & Esser Group

In addition, participants gain insights into proper maintenance and operation practices based on NEUMAN & ESSER’s extensive field experience.

The NEUMAN & ESSER acknowledged the team effort and expressed gratitude to colleagues Amor Haddar and Norbert Janssen and the SIR team for their cooperation and support.

“Special thanks go to my colleagues Amor Haddar and Norbert Janssen and of course our friends at SAR,” read the statement in part.

Apart from virtual training, the company said they can also organize training in their training centre in Germany or face-to-face with the partner at any time.

NEUMAN & ESSER Group is based in Germany and has existed for nearly 200 years. Its mission is to develop and produce high-quality equipment using German engineering, quality, and reliability.

The group provides reciprocating and diaphragm compressor systems, electrolyzer manufacturing, and excellent milling and classifying technology.

It boasts of partners from some African countries like Egypt, South Africa, Angola, Nigeria, Mauritania and Uganda.

The firm is committed to promoting development across the content, which is battling with economic challenges.

“I believe that we all share the same dream and goals. We want to support the development of Africa and help governments, customers, and people for a better future. I personally am a big “Africa believer,” and it is a great honor for me to be a part of this story of NEUMAN & ESSER GROUP in Africa, which started just 2.5 years ago in such intensity,” said  Dr. Jiří Rus, Sales Director for Africa at the Neuman & Esser Group.
