Sierra Leone: ECOBANK Rewards Its Customers With Goodies On Its 2nd Draw Of The Save & Win Promo

 One of the biggest and leading banks in the country, ECOBANK-SL, has during its 2^nd draw of its Save &Win Promotion rewarded nine (9) of its customers with cash prizes, brand new Samsung galaxy phones, okada and other items.

The draw was organised in the presence of the media at the bank’s press conference hall on Light foot Boston Street in Freetown.

Speaking during the draw, Sheikh Omaru Jalloh Head of Brand, communications, and marketing at ECOBANK said the Save & Win campaign, is a customer centric promotion adding that it was launched in October 2022 and was geared towards rewarding customers that met the required threshold in terms of savings.

‘’ And today, we are here again to reward nine lucky savers who will win cash prizes, phones and other prizes.  At ECOBANK, we reward our loyal customers,’’ he said.

On his part, the Head of Corporate Banking and the Executive Director of ECOBANK, Winston Williams, in his brief statement, said the draw was done as a way to reward those that have been saving since the bank launched its Save & Win Promotion, thus encouraging everyone that it is an opportunity anyone should not miss in the country.

‘’If you save 5000NLE for six months, you will be entitled to certain prices. If you also save 10,000 NLE, you will be entitled to a runner-up prize. For the Suzuki if you save up to 20,000NLE and above for six months in your account. Then, you will have the opportunity to win the fine car,’’ he said.

He added that the reason for the save& win promo is to encourage customers to learn and imbibe the culture of saving an act he said will helped one in time of need or situation of job loss.

‘’ Anything that we say at ECOBANK, we do it. we will with the draw to tell you that we meant business.  For today’s draw, we will have five winners that will win 1000 NLE each on the first set of draws. Then, on the second draw, we will have lucky winners who will win Samsung galaxy phones and two Bluetooth speakers. Then the final draw, the lucky winner will win one brand new motorbike (Okada). we continue to encourage everyone in Sierra Leone, to join onboard the save and win train and better yourself,’’ Mr. Williams added.

Kingsley Emezue, Head of Customer Product and Business on his part, said they as a bank are happy that their customers see the need to save their money with ECOBANK and the bank is fulfilling its promise.

Emezue encouraged customers to continue saving as there are more motorbikes, kekeh, phones adding that in the grand draw, a customer will have the opportunity to win the ECOBANK Suzuki Car which is part of the many gifts from the bank.

The Head of Customer Product and Business went on to say that, for customers who do not have an account with the bank they are not yet late to join urging them to do so and to start saving their funds to qualify for the promotion.

As you see, a customer who continue to save the last time won an Okada and then he continued to save because of the trust he has for the bank. Today again, he has won a brand-new Samsung galaxy phone,’’ Emezue added.

Representative from Baker Tilly Audit Firm, Steven Sandy, said the Save and Win promo is free, and fair stating that all the auditing protocols have been followed by the bank thus praising the process.

It could be recalled that the first draw of the promotion was done in December 2022.
