The Asante Kotoko player has been the livewire of his side netting his 18th goal of the campaign against WAFA to set a new record at the club. His outstanding performance in the Ghana Premier League has seen clubs in Spain, Italy and Germany looking to secure his service. GhananSoccernet.com has reported that Franck Mbella Etouga has revealed that Italian sides Inter Milan and Atalanta have inquired about the forward. German Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen are also interested in the Cameroonian. Franck Mbella Etouga signed for the Porcupine Warriors of Asante Kotoko from Cameroon club AS Fortuna of Mfou last season. For the past weeks, there have been reports that other European clubs Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Villarreal, St Etienne, Galatasaray and others have shown interest in the young prodigy. [caption id="attachment_96393" align="alignnone" width="1280"] Mbella Etouga still has two and a half yerars with Asante Kotoko[/caption] Bella's goal against WAFA on Matchday 25 saw him break a record set by former striker Eric Bekoe. Bekoe held the record for the most goals scored in the Ghana Premier League for Asante Kotoko in the 2007/08 season. Bekoe scored 17 goals which were equalled by Etouga in the game against RTU in Tamale. But he has now gone one better and will look to extend that record before the season concludes. The Cameroonian signed for Asante Kotoko on a three-year deal worth 20,000 dollars paid in two instalments. But just six months into this deal, his worth has skyrocketed and stands at one million dollars which is like a bargain for his exploits at the moment.
