Mr. Nyirenda said the budget which was Presented to the National Assembly on Friday 29th October 2021 by Minister of Finance and National Planning Dr. Situmbeko Musokotwane was a begggers budget which did not speak to or for the people of Zambia. He said the budget was dependent on borrowed money bringing back the same fear the Country had when former President Edger Lungu and his team were in power and made the national budget, with money derived from credit. The NAREP President further commented on the pronouncement made by  government of employing 30,000 teachers in 2022, saying it was a joke of the century as Government should not be the biggest employer. He explained that President Hakainde Hichilema should have instead created a progressive private sector that was not only going to suck in all the unemployed graduates, but help educate the nation by providing an environment for every individual in their respective fields. The National Restoration Party President was Speaking in a Media Statement sent to Pan African Visions Newspaper today.
