Louis-léonce MUDERHWA Cirimwami, Gouverneur honoraire de la province du Sud-Kivu a donné, à son tour, son avis face à la situation politique, sociale et sécurité de la Province.

Il s’est exprimé lors de la rencontre avec la Dynamique des Jeunes leaders du Sud-Kivu vivant à Kinshasa ce dimanche 28 mars 2021 en sa résidence de Macampagne.

Consulté comme les autres notables de la province du Sud-Kivu vivant à Kinshasa par cette Dynamique, l’ancien gouverneur n’est pas passé par le dos de la cuillère face à la gestion actuelle de la province.

Après avoir vivement écouté ses hôtes qui lui ont brossé le tableau sombre de la Province du Sud-Kivu sous la gestion critique du Gouverneur Théo NGWABIDJE Kasi, plus de deux ans après sa prise de fonction, Louis Léonce Muderhwa a estimé qu’il urgent que ce dernier rende les tabliers car rien ne va en province sur tous les plans.

 »Je souhaite que les causes des malheurs du Sud-Kivu soient analysées sans complaisance afin que leurs conséquences n’occultent les vrais problèmes. J’estime à mon humble avis qu’il est urgent, crucial et obligatoire que Théo Ngwabidje Kasi démissionne car la gestion actuelle de la province est vraiment critique », a-t-il dit avant de remercier ses interlocuteurs pour la considération accordée en sa personne et les encourager dans leur lutte.

Tout en leurs assurant son soutien, le gouverneur honoraire du Sud-Kivu et enseignant du droit, a prodigué des conseils à ses hôtes et émis le vœu voir tous les notables du Sud-Kivu réunis autour d’une table ronde pour discuter des questions importantes de la province.

 »Il est temps qu’une réstructuration et une restructuration de la Province soient envisagées en tant que des solutions idoines pour la refondation et le développement du Sud-Kivu. Je suggère la tenue d’une table ronde de l’intelligentsia du Sud-Kivu pour entrevoir un plan de relance et de développement de la Province », souligne-t-il.

Il faut noter que la Dynamique des Jeunes Leaders du Sud-Kivu a entamé une série des consultations auprès des notables de cette province vivant à Kinshasa sur la gestion actuelle du gouverneur Théo Ngwabidje Kasi.
