« Une progression annuelle de 9,59% de l’EBITDA de la société avec une activité en croissance continue toujours marquée par le renforcement des segments Orange Money et Data Mobile, combinée aux efforts de maîtrise des charges opérationnelles»

Faits marquants : Renforcement de la marge opérationnelle du groupe avec un EBITDA en hausse de 9,59% au troisième trimestre 2020

  • Regain d’activité avec un chiffre d’affaires de 895 milliards de Fcfa au troisième trimestre 2020, enregistrant une hausse de 3,2% par rapport à celui affiché en septembre 2019 avec une croissance provenant des filiales en Guinée, au Mali et en Sierra Léone. 
  • Croissance notamment portée par les contributions des relais de croissance : la Data Mobile, Orange Money et le Broadband fixe, en raison du renforcement des parts de marché à la suite de la progression des parcs (+7,3% de la base Clients Fixe, Mobile et Internet) et des usages, ainsi que des taux de pénétration de la Data 4G et de Orange Money (23% contre 19,5% en septembre 2019) ;  
  • Maîtrise des coûts opérationnels avec une baisse des coûts indirects de 17,26 milliards de Fcfa combinée à une hausse des coûts directs de 11,75 milliard de Fcfa en valeur absolue : le ratio charges opérationnelles sur chiffre d’affaires recule de 2,48% passant de 60,02% en septembre 2019 à 57,54% en septembre 2020 ;
  • EBITDA de 379,97 milliards de Fcfa à septembre 2020 contre 346,72 milliards de Fcfa sur la même période en 2019, en progression de 9,59%, dans la continuité de la croissance des revenus (+27,74 milliards de Fcfa) et la maitrise des charges opérationnelles (permettant de générer une plus-value de 5,5 milliards de Fcfa) ;
  • Croissance du résultat d’exploitation de 4,6% grâce aux performances opérationnelles malgré la croissance des amortissements consécutive aux efforts d’investissement ces dernières années ;
  • Hausse des charges financières en raison de la politique de financement des lourds investissements réalisés dans le temps, favorisant la baisse de 2,09% des bénéfices sur le troisième trimestre 2020 avec un résultat net qui s’élève à 120 milliards de Fcfa.
