Nigeria: Protests Rock Osogbo Over Petrol Price Increase Revert to Old Prices or Risk Prolonged Strike

[This Day] Angry protesters, mainly youths, yesterday took to the streets in Osogbo, the Osun State capital to protest increment in Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and electricity tariff which they alleged spiked the prices of essential commodities, thereby making life difficult for them. They handed the federal government a five-day ultimatum to rescind the decision or risk prolonged protest.
