Les Gabonais indifférents au déconfinement partiel du gouvernement ?

Après son grand oral hier devant la presse, le retour au confinement partiel, option choisie par le Premier ministre Julien Nkoghe Bekale, ne semble pas emballer grand monde à Libreville ce matin. Mise à part une reprise timide des taxis, il n’y a pas davantage de monde dans les rues, comparé à la période de confinement total qui s’est donc achevée hier.
