Oba Otudeko, président de Honeywell Group, élu « CEO of the year » aux AFRICA CEO FORUM AWARDS 2016

Les 6 lauréats des AFRICA CEO AWARDS 2016

Oba Otudeko, président de Honeywell Group, a reçu le trophée du ” CEO of the year » au cours des AFRICA CEO FORUM AWARDS 2016. Sébastien Kadio-Morokro, DG de Pétro-ivoire, a reçu le prix du ” YOUNG CEO OF THE YEAR », nouveauté de cette édition 2016, qui récompense un jeune chef d’entreprise africain prometteur.

Les 6 lauréats des AFRICA CEO AWARDS 2016

ABIDJAN, Côte d’Ivoire, 22 mars 2016,-/African Media Agency (AMA)/- Le trophée ” CEO of the year » a été remis à Oba Otudeko, Président de HONEY-WELL GROUP. Dans son discours de remerciement, Oba Otudeko a voulu dédier son prix à toutes ses équipes: ” je vois ce prix comme une récompense de notre engagement. Notre futur est prometteur, et nous appartient à tous ! ». Ce prix attendu et prestigieux a été remis par par Jay Ireland, PDG de General Electric Africa.

Sébastien Kadio-Morokro, DG de Pétro-ivoire, a été élu YOUNG CEO OF THE YEAR. Ce trophée, qui a été créé cette année, distingue le dirigeant africain de moins de 40 ans à la tête d’une entreprise africaine emblématique à fort potentiel. Sébastien Kadio-Morokro a salué ce ” bel encouragement pour la jeunesse en Côte d’Ivoire ». Le trophée a été remis par le Président de la Banque africaine de développement Akinwumi Ayodeji Adesina.

Dangote Group a été élu AFRICAN COMPANY OF THE YEAR. Ce prix remis par Amir Ben Yahmed, président du AFRICA CEO FORUM, récompense l’entreprise qui a réalisé l’expansion la plus remarquable sur le continent en 2015.

BGFI Bank a été élue AFRICAN BANK OF THE YEAR. Le prix, délivré par le ministre ivoirien de l’Economie et des finances Adama Koné, récompense la stratégie de croissance et l’engagement du groupe dans le financement d’entreprises africaines.

Emerging Capital Partners a été élu PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTOR OF THE YEAR. Le prix remis par Cheikh Oumar Seydi, Directeur régional à la Société financière internationale, récompense la société de capital-investissement ayant réalisé en Afrique le plus grand nombre d’opérations significatives durant les deux dernières années.

Heineken a été élu INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION OF THE YEAR. Le groupe, qui a réalisé la meilleure croissance sur le continent au cours des dernières années, maintient sa position de leader dans 13 pays africains.
