With a world-class faculty based in Johannesburg, South Africa and innovative teaching and learning methodologies, ALA offers a strong-student-centered learning environment that provides young leaders with the knowledge and inspiration they need to develop as effective, positive change-agents on the African continent. A new generation of ethical, committed leaders is the key to Africa’s development and ALA is the foremost training ground for these future leaders. We aim to identify, develop and connect 6,000 leaders over 50 years. With 735 young leaders from 45 different African countries already identified over the last eight years, we are well on our way.
