South Africa’s disabled children shut out of school

Human Rights Watch says an estimated 500,000 children have been shut out of South Africa's education system because they are disabled.

Many parents say they have trouble convincing schools to enrol their children because of discrimination.

Al Jazeera's Tania Page reports from Johannesburg.
