Zimbabwe’s home, construction, property and lifestyle sectors are set to converge at Home Makers Expo Zimbabwe 2026, taking place from 23 to  25 October 2026 in  Harare, Zimbabwe.

Running under the powerful promise “Everything Home”, the Expo is positioning itself as a major marketplace connecting businesses, professionals and consumers around the products, services, technologies and expertise required to build, buy, improve, furnish, finance, secure and enjoy better homes.

The Expo brings together the broader home value chain, including construction and building materials, property development, hardware, furniture, kitchens and bathrooms, interior décor, renewable energy, smart-home technology, security, water solutions, landscaping and outdoor living, home appliances, financial services, insurance, telecommunications and ICT, among others.

Home Makers Expo comes at an important juncture in Zimbabwe’s development journey, creating a platform through which the private sector can showcase solutions relevant to housing, infrastructure, energy, water, technology, construction and improved living standards.

The Expo seeks to facilitate business connections, innovation, investment, partnerships and knowledge exchange across the home and property ecosystem.

“Home Makers Expo is more than an exhibition; it is a platform for connecting Zimbabwe’s private sector, professionals and consumers around the products, technologies and services that can contribute to better and smart homes, stronger communities and the infrastructure ambitions articulated under NDS2. By bringing the home value chain together, we are creating opportunities for innovation, enterprise development, investment and partnerships that support Zimbabwe’s journey towards Vision 2030.” Mr Charles Phillip Bwerinofa, Executive Director.

For businesses, the Expo provides an opportunity to move beyond conventional advertising and place their products and expertise directly in front of potential customers and decision-makers.

Exhibitors can showcase innovations, demonstrate products, generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, launch solutions, engage homeowners and professionals, and develop strategic business relationships.

The organisers are particularly encouraging businesses across the home value chain to secure their spaces early, with Early Bird rates available for bookings.

“If your business helps Zimbabweans build, buy, improve, furnish, finance, secure or enjoy their homes, Home Makers Expo 2026 is your marketplace. We are calling on businesses across the home value chain to secure their exhibition space now, take advantage of the Early Bird opportunity and position themselves where customers, partners and decision-makers are looking for solutions. This is about turning visibility into conversations, conversations into leads and leads into business.” Mr Bwerinofa added.

The exhibitor booking deadline is 30 September 2026, according  the organisers .

Home Makers Expo will also provide visitors with an opportunity to discover new products, compare solutions, access professional expertise and engage directly with businesses involved in building and improving homes.

Whether visitors are building a new home, buying property, renovating, furnishing, installing solar, improving security, upgrading their kitchen or bathroom, landscaping their outdoor space, or simply seeking inspiration, the Expo is designed to bring solutions together in one destination.

The organisers are encouraging Zimbabweans to plan ahead and make the Expo part of their October calendar.

“Zimbabwe, mark the date. From 23 to 25 October 2026, Thornpark Polo Grounds will become a meeting place for ideas, products, expertise and inspiration. Whether you are building, buying, renovating, furnishing or simply looking for inspiration for your next home project, Home Makers Expo is where you need to be. Come and discover what is possible and experience the businesses and innovations shaping the homes of tomorrow.” Mr Bwerinofa

Home Makers Expo Zimbabwe is an exhibition bringing together businesses, professionals, consumers and strategic stakeholders across the home, and lifestyle value chain.

The Expo aims to create an environment where business meets opportunity, innovation meets the market and ideas become better homes.
