In a powerful demonstration of compassion and social responsibility, the Dr. Jane Ansah Foundation has made a meaningful impact on some of Malawi’s most vulnerable communities.
On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, the foundation hosted a transformative outreach program at PICC Church in Area 49, Lilongwe. The initiative served as a beacon of hope, bringing together people living with albinism, individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and economically disadvantaged families.
The event opened with an inspiring introduction and prayer by Pastor Chibade, setting a tone of unity, dignity, and collective support.
The foundation’s commitment to community welfare was clearly reflected in its generous donations, which included 100 bags of maize and 130 pairs of protective sunglasses—critical resources aimed at improving food security and safeguarding the health of beneficiaries, particularly those living with albinism.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Mr. Chapola expressed heartfelt gratitude, emphasizing the profound difference the support would make in their daily lives.

Executive Director Mr. Yusuf Nthenda reaffirmed the foundation’s long-term commitment to advancing food security and contributing to Malawi’s broader development agenda. He highlighted the importance of sustained community engagement and inclusive support systems in addressing social challenges.
This initiative stands as a testament to the Dr. Jane Ansah Foundation’s unwavering dedication to breaking barriers, restoring dignity, and empowering communities to build a more resilient and inclusive future.
