In a press statement shared with PAV. the Company has appointed Canaccord Genuity Limited as Joint Broker with immediate effect, working alongside existing corporate broker Berenberg and Strand Hanson, the Company’s financial and nominated adviser. The appointment follows Canaccord’s role in the recently announced strategic partnership between Eco Atlantic and Navitas Petroleum LP, as well as the firm’s strong outreach across UK, North American, and Israeli equity capital markets.
Eco Atlantic also announced the non-board appointment of Keely Pearce (née Harris) as Vice President, Operations, further strengthening its executive team at a pivotal stage in the Company’s growth. Pearce joins the leadership group headed by President and Chief Executive Officer Gil Holzman, Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer Gadi Levin, and Alice Carroll, who has been promoted to Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Affairs with effect from 1 January 2026.
Pearce brings more than 30 years of upstream oil and gas experience across exploration, seismic and drilling operations, asset and licence management, joint ventures, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. She has held senior leadership roles at Impact Oil & Gas Limited and Shell plc, working across multiple international portfolios. Commenting on the appointments, Gil Holzman said the additions significantly strengthen the Company’s leadership and market engagement at a critical time as Eco Atlantic continues to advance its offshore Atlantic portfolio and strategic framework with Navitas Petroleum. He welcomed Pearce to the executive team, noting that her deep technical, regulatory, and operational expertise across Southern Africa will be a major asset to the Company, while also praising Alice Carroll’s contribution and leadership in supporting Eco Atlantic’s growth and corporate positioning.
