Nigeria: Atiku Cannot Win 2023 Elections, APC Chieftain Osita Okechukwu

December 13, 2022

By Joshua Samuel [caption id="attachment_103050" align="alignnone" width="624"] Osita Okechukwu, a leader of the All Progressive Congress[/caption] Osita Okechukwu, a leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC), stated that his party is solely concerned with Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, and not with Atiku Abubakar, the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, ahead of the upcoming presidential election (PDP). Along with other candidates, Bola Tinubu, the APC's presidential candidate, has made significant progress and has a thorough understanding of the nation, according to Okechukwu. During a Monday morning appearance on the Arise Television Morning Show program, the Director General of the Voice of Nigeria made this disclosure. He claimed that Atiku had lost his support and was unable to win over Buhari's 12 million voters. Nobody can dispute Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's knowledge of the onion, according to him. He has gone a long way and is well-versed in his country and gravitas. Furthermore, we are unconcerned with the PDP, even though Atiku has lost support. "Peter Obi and other people are more of a concern to us. We are aware of Kwankwaso's qualifications and prowess, yet he is running against the zoning convention. Therefore, if you mention Peter Obi, we can say, "Okay, that's what we're worried about," but not about Atiku, who has lost his support. I challenge those who claim that Atiku cannot win. He is unable to obtain Buhari's 12 million votes. He doesn't control Buhari's support base," he claimed.
