Since 2010, the Dutch construction company Remco Ruimtebouw (acting abroad as Remco Building Systems)  has completed around twenty projects for major multinational and local companies in Nigeria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Senegal, Rwanda and Ethiopia. The company builds high quality steel industrial halls that are erected within short lead times, without any issues for the customer. The product and the efficient approach goes hand in hand with demand due to the rapid economic growth in African countries. In addition, Remco Building Systems provides employment by hiring local installers who are trained on the job by the Dutch site managers. Remco Building Systems works to international safety standards. Jan van Vulpen, Managing Director of Remco Building Systems: “Due to our broad internationally-minded approach, we are in an excellent position to achieve further growth over the next few years. With large projects in Cameroon and Morocco on our radar, we expect to have passed the barrier of 200,000 square metres in Africa well within the next five years”. Rapid and Reliable remcoAs a full-service prefab supplier, Remco Building Systems takes on the total realisation of the commercial premises themselves: from the initial stages and preliminary outline right up to construction. The company also provides for maintenance. Key features of our service are the quality, delivery faster than the market average and a single point of contact. Remco Building Systems works with its own tried-and-tested construction methods which give room for individual requirements for the layout and completion.  This saves both time and money. Remco Building Systems started in 1972 as the dealer of an American supplier of industrial halls and expanded into a world player in industrial commercial premises. The company has completed around 6,000 projects with areas from a few hundred to tens of thousands of square metres. Remco Building Systems works in the Netherlands and – through its own local companies and agencies – in Central and Eastern Europe, the Caribbean region and on the African continent. The company forms part of the Janssen de Jong Group. The group develops, constructs, renovates, restores and maintains buildings for businesses, private individuals and governments at home and abroad. The annual turnover for 2014 is € 259 million. *REMCO/APO]]>
